From a page's main options menu, select "Manage this Page / Manage Wiki."
On the resulting management page, select the "Related Files" tab. In this tab, you can access management options for "Currently Displayed Files" and "Available Files" for the current page, as well as being able to "Add a New File" to the wiki and/or current page.
